The Floating Home
This beautifully designed floating home offers:
- 1,320 sq. ft. of indoor living space
- 400 sq. ft. two-story split deck for outdoor lounging and lake views
- Open-concept, full-size kitchen and living area with electric fireplace
Sleeping accommodations (sleeps up to 14):
- Primary suite with king bed
- Second bedroom with queen bed
- Third bedroom with twin bunk beds
- Two lofts, each with a queen bed and queen air mattress
Additional features include two full bathrooms and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
Stay Connected & Entertained
Enjoy five HD TVs throughout the home, along with complimentary T-Mobile 5G Wi-Fi, so you won’t miss the big game—or the comforts of home.
Location & Access
Conveniently located between Boathouse 33 Marina and Norris Landing Marina.
Please note: A boat is required to access this floating home.
- Boats are available to rent through the marina
- Shuttle service can be arranged for an additional fee

- Accepting reservations now. Bookings made before March 15th will be eligible for a discount
